EThekwini Municipality released the new Valuation Roll on 13 February 2008 in terms of the Municipal Property Rates Act.

Forms

• Objection Forms can be downloaded. 

Please note that the Regulations have prescribed the format of these forms and there is a specific form for Residential Properties, Non-Residential Properties (ie Commercial, Industrial etc) and Agricultural Properties.  Objection Forms are also available from Regional Centres. Should an objector be unhappy with the outcome of the objection, the objector is requested to submit an appeal form.
